 Snatch high pull + Hang power snatch + Low hang power snatch + snatch balance, 5 sets of 1 rep     (increase weight)
Power clean from mid-blocks, 3 RM
                                                1 sets of 2 reps @ 90%, 85%
Snatch DL w/ 5 sec. decent, 3 sets of 5 reps @ 100%+
Back squat, 4 sets of 10 reps @ 60%-70%
Supinated pull ups, 3 sets of 5 reps (weighted)
DB rows, 3 sets of 8 reps
