How long have you been with CrossFit Trifecta? Since last June
What’s your favorite WOD? (so far)
My favorite is back squats! I like most of the workouts. Sometimes not so much while I’m doing them but afterwards I am always stoked I came!! I like a good challenge!
What’s your least favorite WOD? (so far)
I would have to say I am not too big of a fan of overhead squats. So I guess any of the wods that have overhead squats and toes to bar are my least favorite
In 3 words or less describe your average day at CrossFit Trifecta:
What were you doing before CrossFit?
Honestly I was struggling to stay sober. CrossFit has seriously helped me stay focused and on a positive path. CrossFit has become my new addiction. I am very grateful for all of you and to be a part this gym. This was just what I needed.
How did you hear about CrossFit and/or CrossFit Trifecta?
I heard about CrossFit Trifecta though Amber Munoz my Co worker, gym partner and one of my best friends. We have worked together for 4 years now, and she always talked about how awesome it was- so I finally decided to give it a shot. I am so grateful she is in my life.
Give us some insight as to your thoughts after your first workout at CrossFit Trifecta:
I was a little intimidated at first but I got over it pretty quickly once I saw how friendly and encouraging everyone is towards eachother. After my first workout I was extremely sore so I knew that what I was doing was effective and I wanted more.
Tell us a little about then vs. now in regard to your fitness level before you found CrossFit Trifecta to now:
Before I would go to the gym but I could never get into the routine. I am the kind of person who needs structure so this has been perfect for me. I never thought I would be able to do the things that I can do now. It’s a great feeling to watch all the progress I have made and being able to accomplish new things.
Do you have any special or favorite CrossFit Trifecta memories/moments?
Every time I PR, or I finally get something down. They’re memories I will never forget.
What advice would you give to someone just joining CrossFit Trifecta?
Stick with it and enjoy the results! It’s so much fun and it will make you feel amazing!
