Ashley Hollander

  • CrossFit Level 1

Growing up in Southern California, Ashley was active in various sports. Her passion was music, but she was always looking for another challenge. In her adult life, she wanted to maintain a healthy lifestyle with diet and exercise. After struggling to find what would benefit her most, she decided to give crossfit a try in 2015. She promised to try it out for a week, and never left. She enjoyed the constantly varying workouts, but enjoyed the community it came with, and that’s what kept her going. Joining CFT, she became obsessed with the sport. After experiencing the fitness side of things, she wanted a bigger piece of what was happening in crossfit. Ashley believes crossfit solidifies the belief that you are capable of more than you think. She loves to encourage people, and watch them succeed at being the best possible athlete they strive to be.
