CrossFit = All levels CrossFit class
Fundamentals = Fundamentals class required for all athletes that are new to CF. The class is designed to cover the movements, exercises and skills for CF.
Olympic Lifting =  Focuses primarily on instructing and improving technical execution of the snatch, clean & jerk and related lifts. Only Olympic and auxiliary lifts can be practiced at this time. Olympic lifting shoes are required.
Free Trial = For those new to CrossFit and our members that want a basic Saturday workout
Open Gym =Open Gym means that the box will be open, but coaches will not be coaching a structured class. They are there for you to ask any questions if you need assistance, but it is up to athletes to decide what they do.
